If you are looking into The Master Cleanse, chances are you are willing to change, to grow in new ideas and push your boundaries of commonly accepted (although not always beneficial) ideas and beliefs. Even still, you probably have a lot of stalwart concepts, beliefs and even more
Many of us don’t believe our beliefs can change. We think “that’s just how I feel”. Well I challenge you: Why do you feel that way? Is it your genes? Have you consciously chosen? Perhaps you are so used to hearing certain ideas that you have unconsciously chosen them as your own. Perhaps you have even developed a significant emotional attachment to one or more beliefs that if they were to be challenged it would feel as if your very person was attacked.
Of course we are all this way, though some of us are more aware of this than others. And some of us are actively trying to “re-program” our beliefs to something more productive and congruent to our modern, current world view.
This is clearly a topic that reaches beyond the scope of this document, this Mini-Course, and even this website. We can however still touch on it as it relates to how we feel about not only The Master Cleanse, but also to the way we feel during the cleanse and how we react to it.
